I can’t wait for the premiere! And it’s a given SM artists don’t really make much for the most part, but hey it’s not always about the money. At least they’ve managed to get through training and become gasoos compared to all the other people out there still struggling through auditions and such. Anyways, the clothes on a rack thing is so common in all these idol stars’ dorms. It’s not only SNSD. First off, the dorms these idols live in aren’t the most spacious and combined with the number of members, the clothes they own themselves, and the sponsor clothes given to them there’s a serious lack of space.

out of all the group idols. i love big bang’s apartment the most. its huge enough to be a house and they all have their own rooms.

all SM artists live like this for the first few years of their career. i remember watching a tour of DBSK’s apartment in… 2005/2006 period, and they all had to share as well. it’s just how SM roll.

Common. DBSK used to sleep in a room together (beginning of their careers of course) and LSM sucks probably 90% of their income during the beginning of their careers.

they’re rookies so don’t expect luxurious bedrooms. atleast the maximum ppl in one room for snsd is 3 people, all 5 of dbsk use to have to share one room.

Yea i mean they only released one album, and with Sm’s history of treating their stars it pretty much sucks to be a rookie. Probably a fewyears down the road when they have some leverage they can negotiate better contracts, etc if they get popular enough.

and big bangs apartment is really nice, but then again they are like YG’s shining stars. SM has Suju, dbsk, snsd, boa, etc and the money is spread throughout the members but they do get money for doing Mc jobs and stuff i guess too.

Though that is partly because I am lazy and hate hanging things up, so it gets stuffed into my wardrobe/dresser.

@ Charlotte: Oh please. I believe Wonder Girs’ need the album sales more. Oh and if you watched MTV Wonder Girls’ Season 1, their dorm rooms aren’t all that great either.

Well at least they get to spread their members out and not have to share one big ole bedroom like DBSK did. But it’s not surprising that they would live in such a small place since they’re newbies and LSM is probably calculating how much money he invested into them and forcing them to pay him back by giving them meager salaries and just a practical, small place to live.

@LOL,bb got their apartment before they became really popular. you can see that on Seungri’s Manwon Happiness episode.ironically he was doing the show with yoona.lol,that was when they just started promoting the Always album including lies.

Idol stars’ dorm rooms doesnt look all that great cause they’re barely in it y’know. -o- These people are too busy that they only need a house to eat and sleep in. -o- I think these people actually spend more time in dance studios more than their dorms.

wellll considering half the clothes they wear are put on by stylists and that all 9 share clothes with each other, it makes sense.
From what I’ve seen with SNSD it’s their accessories that cost money xD
they must layer a lot or just haven’t switched over to fall and winter clothes in this show cuz that is ALOT of t-shirts.
I’m excited about this show cuz it’s n ot like they’re going in there unprepared. When Tiffany, Jessica, Yuri and Sooyoung went to New York they were training for this.

they hardly wear their own clothes meaning that they are hardly spotted wearing clothes that they have bought [unless u know the pictures were taken in an airport or something but yea] because they have stylists and a crap load of sponsored clothing [including accesories].

They hardly spend any time in their dorms, really. as for the lack of tv/furniture, why get a tv when they have sponsored phones/pmps and when they just need a place to sleep?
