I don’t even see the relevance of asking who wore it better? This is WOMAN’S ATTIRE. G-Dragon is known to be gender bending in his fashion but that doesn’t mean he can wear attire meant for WOMEN better than a WOMAN. Only in Korea. In America, he would be shot for wearing women’s clothes.

Urgg, another UEE. Please go away.  I agree with @47 though, I’m surprised at how well she’s acting out the bitchy character in Your’e Beautiful too…a little too well I agree too, just reinforces the fact that she must be like that in real life too as I haven’t really seen her contribute anything much to afterschool (Except being on stage when she has to I guess) and the rest of the time, she is competely overrated.  UEE= go away.
