Sexy rock trio F.T Triple made their debut yesterday on Mnet's M!Countdown and follow it up with yet another performance on today's Music Bank!
Already veterans of taking the stage, the three bandmates performed their debut single Love Letter to a welcoming crowd. Even without their front man's signature raspy voice, the boys are showing their competency as artists and idols. Check out the performance here:

Why do they bother instrument synching. Their rock group image is silly. Strumming the guitar when there is no guitar in the song. No amps. And poor piano synching. This image is just embarassing, and unnecessary. They should either play the instruments or stop using them as props. It’s not like it’s hard to play their songs.

@13: In case you don’t know (which i bet you don’t since you’re not a fan of FT Island)... they don’t play their instruments live because the music programs don’t allow them to… it’s too troblesome to take out instruments just for their performance… and BTW, there is a guitar in the song! Oh, and they play their instruments LIVE on their concerts and on Kim Jung Eun’s chocolate previously as well! Get the facts right before you actually say such stuff… no harm meant though… just pissed that you dissed them without knowing about them first…
@16: It’s too troublesome to take out the instruments, yet they have them on stage? All it would take to actually play them is to hook them up to an amp. Not buying it. And when other bands like YB play, it’s not troublesome to take out the instruments for them?
i totally understand why they cant play live in music shows, they tried to ask permission to but still they cant.(i saw their documentary) because all these kind of music show are worried that they have mistake and may ruin the performance, since they are still known as idol band group.
take a look at some performance, esp at mnet countdown, although some singers(esp idol group) are able to sing those high notes but still they’re worried that they cant hit the note really well, so they would turn down the volume of the mic at those high notes and turn up the volume of the backup music.
anyways, Jaejin voice was quite good, better than what i expected but i was kinda disappointed that their rapping part was lipsync.. :( i do hope all of them can sing live.
i just accepted the fact that they did instrument sync in performances in music shows..
it’s all about the music show requirements..
the boys are talented..i’ve seen them performing live and it’s good considering their age..
and it’s not like they don’t want to play live..it’s upsetting them..and they do admit they did instruments synch on music show..it’s not like they try to hide it..
just stop bitching about them..if you don’t like it,don’t listen and watch..

@20 Not so much the instruments because they bring those themselves. Just setting up the amps/sound system takes a lot of time. And since this is a music show with a lot of singers performing, they don’t allow them to do that. They occasionally play live on special stages or acoustic performances
It’s not just them. Cherry Filter, a more experienced band had to handsync too when they went on the music shows

i do not understand why they are not permitted. when you speak of talent, FT Island is obviously oozing with talent. sure they will be more nervous if the instruments will be played live but i’m sure they can overcome that. they’ve been playing instruments for years!
not letting them play their instruments live is like an insult to them. don’t the coordinators and other people in the music industry know that?
i cordially invite them to my country (philippines). here, even amateur bands are allowed to play their instruments live :D and here, they’ll have the opportunity to prove those people who did not allow them to play live that they really can

lol i thought the reason why Lee Hongki is the only vocalist for FT Island is because he’s the only one who CAN sing. i’ve always wondered the purpose of other group members because i heard they don’t even get to play their instruments live except during concerts. but wtf Jaejin sings very well! To be honest I prefer his deep mellow voice over Hongki’s husky voice. it wasn’t until i heard their japanese single ‘raining’ when i learned how well jaejin can sing - - they should seriously let jaejin have some parts. no offense to lee hongki but i’d think that way it adds more variety and freshness to the group.
it doesn’t matter. whether they lip sync or not. as long as they performed it well. its a contract basis and most artist couldn’t complain. Its Korea!! Like Hell!!!... and if you don’t like FT Island then don’t watch as simple as that just as i ignored BEAST XDXDXD
