DSP Entertainment gets Serious

It seems after the break up of FIN.K.L. and Sechskies, DSP Entertainment has had major trouble in managing KARA and SS501. However, someone must’ve made a New Year’s resolution to focus more on not forgetting about their entertainers.
Because of SS501’s success in Japan last year (making it to the top 10 Oricon Charts), DSP has planned a performance in China’s Shanghai Grand Stage. This stadium isn’t just a small venue; it’s where Beyonce held her concert in November 2007. Aside from performing their current hit songs, the band of five will also perform their new single which is due out in March.
On the flip side, four-member group KARA, will release their new album in March as well. DSP is planning to hit Korea with a double comeback using their two strongest productions.

I don’t really like Kara. one of the singers have a great voice but there’s something that’s lacking there.. a spark? I don’t know

I never though KARA sang well.. That one song was catchy but it got annoying after a while. Same thing for SS501; ONE song, the rest were, meh. I think they were just pwned by SuJu, DBSK and all those other boy bands. -_-

i hope KARA finally get the attention they deserve. they may not have the genius of JYP behind them, but they definitely sound better than SNSD

“but they definitely sound better than SNSD” you are really wrong with this one. Go to youtube and check their live performances. Kara can’t sing live. and nobody said Kara can sing better than SNSD or it’s just your opinion. I like KARA’s song too (If you wanna), but SNSD has more activities than KARA ( dramas , CFs , shows , radio, etc ) that make SNSD is more popular than KARA.

Kara’s live perf. is ok, but their albums are boring. At least, SNSD first album has some (about 3-4 or so) listenable songs on it… They should hire another composer to produce their new album, else i doubt they will make IT.

I love the way that people comment just to be able to compare KARA with SNSD. -o- I’m a fan of both… so it’s a bit heartbreaking. lol Anyways I’m more than happy to hear that the girls are coming back! I miss them so much… they were so adorable and so funny on their self cams. And all I can say about your article title is… “they better be… or else ill chop off the staff’s heads.. lol”

I hope DSP does get their act together. I think the members of KARA are really beautiful and talented. It would be a shame if it went to waste only because of poor management.

I really like KARA, but I only liked a few SS501 songs (Four Chance!). They really need to step it up if they want to compete.

yess finally! i missed kara!! i love them! hehe. and as for SNSD..i like them..but dont like them…ya know? and SS501…i dont listen to them very much..but yeah i still like them! :] WHOOT WHOOT! GO KARA&&SS501;!!!!
