Dara, because i think ha ji won has a longer body, and she’s more thin, the the dress just made her look. hmm boney? haha idk. Dara’s body type fits the dress more, because she’s probably.. shorter? and not as skinny, and her hair pairs, and the tights were smart. so overall she looked bubbly! :D

personally I think ha ji won looked better in it.. but it was really hard to decide. they both looked really good in it.
