HAI… Im stucked between SJ, SS501, DBSK and SNSD ):

I think that Taeyeon and Sunye are great leaders. I remember in the beginning near SNSD’s debut, the members would look to Taeyeon to answer some of the harder questions that interviewers threw at them.
I picked Yunho because he tends to take responsibility for the group and speaks well, which I think are good idol group leader traits

to the author of this article: honestly, this isn’t a poll for “who is the best group leader” in the sense of how cool they are, it’s in the sense of how well they lead. Just because Yunho and Jaebum may have, “something that sets off unique sparks in these two that you can’t find in any other idol group leaders”, it doesn’t necessarily mean they are good leaders.

Being no.1 idol gp doesn’t mean the leader shud b no.1 too. Its all depends on how a leader promotes his gp to the public and I think Leeteuk definitely fulfill his duty as a leader of Suju. Try watching some shows where Leeteuk was in and u will see….

Also able to handle, manage and care 12 younger ones is not an easy task!

With all the tragedy and happening between the groups and the fans, Eeteuk and Taeyon deserve the 1st and 2nd place. They’ve been through a lot, leading a big group, and manage to display a brother/sister relationship… Yunho have an advantage since his member is smaller but he show his leadership during their stay in Japan. It goes to the right owner.

well korean tend to choose who they saw on tv…i dont hate lee teuk,come on how can you hate suju…they are funny n entertaining to be hate..  but i think others did a really great job than he is..if he a great leader of course suju won’t be like this, i mean where is kibum? all suju member are everywhere ..a group should stick together that is what i mean..what i see here is basically they all just do with their individual work which is come 1st and group 2nd. if u notice , they still feel awkward to be together ..if i am not mistaken between kangin n sungmin, eunhyuk n heechul ...come on you guys been together for how long… so i dont hate suju but i vote for other than he is

BTW, among all, SJ has been trough only 13, several accident. make comeback and success. SNSD has been trough Dream Concert fiasco, make comeback and success. DBSK has been through anti fan attack, missing from kpop for 2 years, make comeback and success. Name other group who can do it like these three… None. That’s why Eeteuk, Taeyon, and Yunho deserves the best three. By members, Eeteuk comes first

i think most of the time, leaders are underrated.. they arent given many parts.. it’s like their companies usually give the person who is ‘least’ of something than the others and sets them aside.. saying that they’re leader, and every other person has a role except for the ‘leader’.. it’s like labelling the person as the one out of the group that is expected not to sing much.. but in most cases, the leader-role goes to someone who is oldest in the group.. sometimes, the leader doesnt even do anything.. but that’s some groups… theyre always just ‘underrated’.. more like, labelled as the one member that wont “be doing as much singing or talking” than the other members are. sometimes you just cant tell that they are the leader because they dont do much.. :/ the one i have to disagree with that’s on this list is taeyeon.. i think fans just riled up the polls for it.. she ‘is’ the only girl leader there.

It just seems like Yunho is more responsible and mature than the others but thats just my opinion~

If it comes with leadership skills, then its definitely gonna be yunho. He feels personal responsibility and guilt when his members act up and/or misbehave. He has a very dominating aura and people innately gravitate towards him. He also seems like he is friendly and cares about the members, but is also extremely professional which is very good for reigning the group in when they begin to get sneaky. Yunho has sacrificed a great deal being DBSK’s leader and will put the other group’s welfare before his own, including in terms of singing and dancing, performing and appearances. There has been a lot of pressure on Yunho from the start of DBSK and you can see that in how he deals with the members. He isn’t harsh, per se, but he has a certain degree of authoritative demeanor to him. It often clashes with Jaejoong because Jaejoong is quite demanding in his own way too.  The responsibility for DBSK’s failures and successes lie (practically) solely on Yunho’s shoulders… he’s the one that has the majority of the responsibilties when they’re up on stage. I heard once that in one of the first interviews that DBSK held in Taiwan (or was it China?) one of the interviewers asked Jaejoong something, and Jaejoong responded very very carefully and kept on looking at Yunho down the table to make sure that he was proper and “in line” .

Yunho. he gives this aura of being a leader and he does show he’s a leader. idk, but for me he shows leadership the best in all the names up there.

i still think Yunho is still the best leader out there… i guess he is the most well-spoken leader… doing the right thing at the right time and always control the situation… but he isn’t in korea at the moment… so third place from the netizens it quite an achievement…
