A New Side of Jung Ryu Won
Jung Ryu Won, who is normally a beautiful fashionista, had undergone a drastic transformation to play her role in the new upcoming movie in April, "Wandering Mr. Kim" (김씨 표류기). She had to lose around 11 pounds to fit the part of her role, but it seems like our Ryu Won lost far more than that. Geez, who knew that behind all the makeup and body fat, Jung Ryu Won looked like that? It might be just a really bad picture of her, but regardless, I really miss the old Jung Ryu Won. You know, back in the days when she used to consume food.
If you think she looks anorexic to you in these pictures, keep in mind that the filming was done in December. And since then, she's been shedding pounds off as the seconds go by. Being this skinny cannot be healthy at all. Someone better feed her soon before she falls through a crack in the floor.
"Wandering Mr. Kim" is planned to release in theaters on April 30th.
Here's the summary, according to Soompi,
Kim Seung Geun(Jung Jae Young) attempts to commit suicide by jumping into the Han River. However, he ends up on Bamseon, a small uninhabited island in the river. Despite his attempts to leave the island, Seung Geun starts to realize that he might decide to live. He gradually becomes accustromed to island life and meets Kim Jung Yeon(Jung Ryu Won), a unsocial and isolated woman. Jung Yeon has spent the last two years in her room and uses her Internet as her connection to the outside world.
