It is DEFINITELY going to be SNSD. Everyone is just so hyped up over 2ne1 simply because they are the “female Big Bang” and have a Western style. Seriously, the only one with a bit of vocal talent is Park Bom. Minji is good at dancing, but go be a dancer instead of singer! CL’s rapping is great, but I think her personality is a little too fierce. Dara just doesn’t fit into the concept at all. Overall, 2NE1 may stand a chance at being the Best Girl Group, but I definitely do not think that they deserve the Best Girl Group at this stage. Maybe next year, but before that, they gotta prove themselves worthy first. Nobody can say that they are worthy simply based on the single digital song they have come out with.

2ne1 and snsd will do great this yea i think but that is only my opinion

although 2ne1 is really good, and i like their music more, i’d realistically have to say SNSD. unless they can beat the gee craze, which is mad hard now that more competition has arrived. of all those groups SNSD will have the most album sales. and if e-tribe keeps making music for them then im betting on more chart-topping music. don’t get me wrong, i like ALL girl groups…but i’m just being real here.

being realistic, we all know that SNSD will win. way stronger fan base. although i wish 4minute would win xD. maybe we should decide at the end of the year…

SNSD will rock it.. i wanna pick wonder girls but since this year they r busy with US and China debut so we wont see they in korea for a while.. my choice goes to 4Minute.. damn hot issue is hot!!!

Funny…  SNSD is the only girl band from 2007 that didn’t replace any of it’s members. Little trivia for the people out there.

oh dear, a few 2ne1 fans must practice to be more humble, please….for the rest of us fans. I support 2ne1 very much, however realistically SNSD is way ahead so far. i’m just satisfied right now that there’s a balance of cutesy and fierce in the girl groups this year. we need some cutesy things or else I would also tire of too much fierceness all at once. go SNSD for the cutesy, go 2ne1 for the fierce good luck to both.

I’m gonna go with SNSD in this poll…honestly, I dont think there needs to be a poll for this lol….SNSD - 9 straight wins on musicbank/3straight wins+a couple of wins b/c of being banned on inkigyo/ over 100+ thousands albums sold/ topping online charts/multiple of appearances on shows/ paradies/“SNSD skinny jeans”/largest fanbase amongst female idol groups/with the new concept+teaser pic coming out, that had already made news + 2 new shows from them/mcing(tiffany and yuri, sooyoung, sunny)/djing(taeyeon)...they totally take the cake. Either a fan or not, you must admit that its one damn of a year for SNSD.

love the other girls, especially 2NE1….but I think SNSD takes the cake for this one…also theres already a news segment on how SNSD was the top on the first half of the year and with the second half coming…i just have a feeling that SNSDs popularity will make their comeback even more of a success.

but i really did want to see wg&snsd; duke it out….love those two groups, they really set the bar up high for the newer groups

i think they have something unique to them that NONE of the other gurl groups have. i mean they’re not all cute-see and all that stuff. they’ keep it real and it sets them apart frm the other gurls. i hope 2NE1 become the big gurls on top next to the Wondergirls cause they show that they not only can be gurls but they have that fierce edge to them!!
