    Just another random thought: 3
    About kpop.

    1. How you can "hate" a group.
this makes no sense to me, unless
there's a group whose attitude is
honestly bad with proof by those
    who work around them.

    Admit it
    most "hate" comes from jealousy.
    Jealous of EXO being mentioned
    everywhere and always getting Daesangs.
Jealous that BigBang is doing absolutely
well, yet they've been in many scandals
that would end other groups career in an
instant. Jealous that Twice with mediocre
music is big mainly because their "visuals/cute"
Jealous that BlackPink is popular due to
the hype their company represents, even
though their some of their music is similar
to 2NE1, and they're not the only group whose
done a "bad girl" concept before.

but I don't understand why you can "hate"
because I honestly think hate only stems
from the fact that you don't understand the
amount of work that is placed behind the
scenes. Every group works hard. Don't act
like popular groups have it easier or work
less hard than those who are still trying to
    get noticed.

i have never seen a better way of wasting brain power than to hate people you don't even know.

and then to be jealous on behalf of people you don't even know. whole other story lmao

I think the term "hate" is just so popular, that it gets used immediately if you don't like something
    dislike =/= hate

if every group works hard does that mean hard work isn't a determining factor when it comes to popularity?

jealousy and envy play a big part in it tbh there's always gonna be some kind of conflict because the kpop industry is so competitive and groups have to be on their toes irregardless if they are at the 'top' or not

Most hate is a result of jealousy

Exactly! I just don't get haters in general. Should just ignore if they don't like

It's scary to see how toxic people can be about someone who they don't even know and for the most part don't even do anything bad.

I was just thinking about this, how can you hate on a group/artist that you don't even know personally, and most of the time you know them through the media. It crazy how someone can hate, someone so much without knowing them.

I don't hate any group, I dislike some but not to the point of hating.
And no Jealousy isn't what describe hate. This is getting old.
You can hate/ dislike a group because you don't think this is fair to others who work twice as hard and are more talented and are far from being acknowledged.
In the case of Twice, I wouldn't say I hate them but I have absolutely no interest in a group who is higly mediaplayed and overated on visuals, there is no creativity in their choreos/songs/style, they are basically machines used by their agency (besides imo you don't judge someone based on their looks)
As for Blackpink, they have some great songs and their choreos are always on top but I personally can't get myself to appreaciate their personalities, plus their last song proved me once again that YG is just trying to make a 2ne1 copy so when do we get to see the real members music? I really hate this like why do we get another 2ne1 and not a complete new group, the company is too scared to take risks?

I don't hate any group ... I just don't like some groups, but I do not go around leaving hate messages , saying they're ugly, they do not know how to sing .... I just have respect for those who like them.
I'm a blackjack and I feel very sad when I see someone, for example, calling Bom a plastic monster and disfigured. Just as I am offended when they speak bad things about my idols, I don't want others to be offended by what I say.
Respect is very important. We don't need to share the same opinions as others, but we need to be respectful

Well I don't hate anyone. Some things I find rather unfair, (like TWICE's popularity lmao), but I don't blantantly go on their videos and just randomly fucking hate. Dislike is a better word. Hate is a really strong word. When you think about it, there's no reason to hate anyone. A lot of people I ask why they hate someone/something, they can't come up with good reasons.

    Just my two cents.

    Exactly.

The "U H8 MY GURLS BECAUSE U JELLY!!" is the easy way out, the reasoning overzealous fanboys always use to try to shield their faves from any criticism. and it cant be taken seriously

and just because you strongly dislike something doesn't mean you "hate" it.

Hate is a strong emotion. Hating someone or something is very stressful and it'll affect your health in the long term. I'd personally save my "hatred" for serious issues, not waste it on freaking kpop artists lol

Just because I criticize Twice from time to time, doesn't mean I "h8 them"
I just think they're extremely overrated, unworthy of being Da Queens, because their music is mediocre-to-average, their choreos are even worse, and there's like a gigantic gap between their popularity (gained too quickly thanks to a reality show and good marketing, instead of years of effort and musical quality) and the overall talent they possess.

As a kpop fan, it bothers me when plenty of WAY more talented groups get ignored and disband because some subpar group is hogging all the attention. the worst thing is, a mediocre group on top is a bad influence for everyone, because other less popular groups will start imitating them, and before we know it, we'll have mediocre concepts and music plastered all over, and that can't be good for kpop.

I don't get it either lmao, but it's probably because I'm not petty. People who are petty, on the other hand, will look for any kind of excuse to bash on other groups because they're jealous and insecure. It's pitiful as heck.

Can see what the Hate is about. The trick is not letting it consume everything. One less stress is always good.
