Broadcasted on February 1, MBC's 'Real Story' shared the story of a woman in her 40's who has begged for money on the Gyeongchun train line for two decades.

According to the report, it was revealed that the woman used to be very pretty and started as a news anchor for a broadcasting station 25 years ago.  Working several years she was let go in 1995 and the woman is currently living in an apartment building in Gyeonggi Providence with 76-year-old Mr. Noh and a 7-year-old child.  

Claiming she has no rice at home to feed her starving child, the woman has been wandering around the train station asking passengers for 2000 KRW or around $2 USD.  She has been begging at the train station on a daily basis for the past twenty years.

People believed she asked for money every day so that she can get by, however, some spotted the woman riding a taxi to the train station. They also caught her stopping by an expensive sauna and even going to the movie theater.

While begging, she had an odd philosophy in her mind of, "I have to eat a $100 steak at least once a day."

That's not all, she received lessons after wanting to learn how to swim and play piano, and she was frequently caught buying coffee at a famous coffee shop.

She even handed out business cards to random men in the train station saying that she is looking for a suitable husband, causing quite an alarm among viewers.
