Six college students were arrested during President Park Geun Hye's recent visit to the Busan Local Government Fair.

President Park stopped by the fair around 11 AM on October 27 when the college students suddenly appeared with banners and started yelling, "Park Geun Hye, step down!"

The police officers in the area arrested the students immediately and dragged them to the police cars, during which a small altercation took place. The students continued to shout, "Park Geun Hye, step down!" while they were taken away.

There were also messages written in red all over a residential area in Busan. The writings read, "President Park Out" and "Come out, Choi Soon Shil." Police are investigating and looking at the local CCTV footage to find who wrote these messages.

it's sad that there is still people who don't have the right to speak and protest, even South Korea is considered developed country...

KimbapJams Wednesday, November 2, 2016

Omg this is like what happened in the 1960s with the former presidents and also when Japan ruled Korea... this is just sad Korea's going back in time even though so many great figures spent their lives making Korea an actual democracy

The moment that those people who were just protesting were arrested while some of the people who have raped/bully/killed someone etc were still roaming free. What the hell

Rosie1140 Tuesday, November 1, 2016

Sakura_Harano bangeryun94 Tuesday, November 1, 2016

IARMY93 bangeryun94 Tuesday, November 1, 2016

OMG! There will be a movie about her one day, just you wait. She is the FIRST female president of Korea. She has to get a movie lol. This entire scandal is all a plus and will make the movie interesting lol, but yeah like the entire scandal and her life is all something literally out of a movie.

what do those college students know anything about politics they still take allowance from their parents , they probability still immature and not have any real experience in society to place judgement in the Korean president , specially when she made it as first female korean president in such male dominant culture like korea .

Mana92 DZico Tuesday, November 1, 2016

we don't know the students and its just a handful. they werent causing harm to anyone that we know of. for all we know one of them could be a political science major lol so i wouldn't just call them immature children. they are adults and have the right to voice their opinion. i'm not korean so it's not right for me to judge their culture or laws without knowing more about them so i'm just saying my opinion only.

bangeryun94 DZico Tuesday, November 1, 2016

They probably know a lot more than most including you and me.

jennkyube DZico Tuesday, November 1, 2016

I don't think saying she's the first president of ROK helps much in this kind of situation tbh. And don't underestimate young people. They're all adults. They know what they're getting themselves into and probably know what they're doing.
