This little guy may not look like much, but he's proven that dogs are truly man's best friend and companion no matter how insurmountable the odds may seem.�

Featured on SBS's 'Animal Farm,' the�story of a small brown dog named "Ttoli" spread rapidly as he waited for his master at the ruins of his former house, now mere burned ruins. He refused food and water, wishing only to see his owner again.�

Along with Ttoli, an elderly grandmother with dementia as well as an adult man formerly resided in the house. Tragedy soon struck the three residents, as the grandmother suddenly passed away in May and a fire ravaged the house, leaving behind only ruins. The adult man was hospitalized for second-degree burns, leaving Ttoli alone in the ruins in his injured state. Despite his injuries, which included sores, burns, and an unusable, injured leg, he continued to stay at the house, where he howled and cried as he called for his owner's return.�

When Ttoli's plight became known, he was taken in by a veterinary hospital to help him recuperate from the ordeal. However, when the animal care team tried feeding him, Ttoli was obviously too heartbroken to eat, as he refused to even look at the food and water despite not having eaten properly for days. To help him in his healing process, his concerned owner recorded a loving, teary message telling his beloved dog to eat. Only when he heard the recording did Ttoli start eating, scarfing down all of his food with a new and brighter look in his eyes.

Both the owner and Ttoli continue to receive treatment in their respective medical centers. Ttoli is said to be in good health at the veterinary hospital where he continues his recovery.�
