Rapper BewhY talks about his plans in entering the Western market

With the release of his new song "Dejavu," rapper BewhY appeared on SBS 'Kim Chang Ryul's Old School' where he discussed his music career on May 12.


BewhY talked about how he was able to succeed as a rapper. �"I received a lot of love calls even before I went on 'Show Me the Money.' �But I went on the show alone. �I was able to win because I had confidence in myself."


As for his plans to enter the Western market, BewhY explained, "I'm thinking of entering the Western market before I hit 30 years old. My main goal is to create good music. �I see hip-hop culture as one in the same, it's just the difference in language that sets Korean and American hip-hop apart. �Recently, I had the opportunity to exchange ideas in terms of business," discussing his earnest desires.


Onto his role model, BewhY commented, "It changes every time." �He also mentioned how he currently enjoys playing video games with his girlfriend during his leisure time. �"I play video games with my girlfriend and afterward we go out to eat. It's great."
