Quick question, if you do marijuana in Netherlands (where its legal), does Korea still charge you when you get back? :/

if you're not a korean citizen and you talk about using drugs in another country while in korea and law enforcement finds out, it could still be a problem.

I feel bad for him. It sounds like he has serious addiction issues that need addressing. He needs help (perhaps a good rehab program or something). Before it's too late.

Even back in Co-Ed School he had controversies that caused him to leave the group.

i think rehab is the solution... a lot of people say that there is no point to go on rehab if the person is only doing weed because it's the "lightest" of all drugs. but a lot of people start from weed and end up doing cocaine and stuff ... it's better if you "catch" up with your problem while it's still early rather than ignore it until it becomes life ruining ...
