G-Friend members SinB and Umji expressed their excitement about official becoming adults on KBS2's 'Hello'.

On the March 20th episode, Umji shared that she wanted to "use her ID card," so that she can "go to nighttime saunas that only allow people who are 19 years and older."

SinB also shared a story that happened on New Year's Day, saying, "I drank with my staff and members for the very first time." Hearing this, Lee Young Ja asked, "How did your first glass of somaek (soju and beer) taste?"

SinB commented, "It was bitter at first so I didn't really like it, but the more I drank, the more I understood why people drink it."  MC Shin Dong Yup added, "You spoke as if it were your first time trying it. Now that's what I call good acting," making the audience laugh.

18 internationally and 20 Korean age (since they still haven't technically turned 19 internationally but you know how Korea adds one more year to your age at new years because they don't really want to keep track of everyones age)

I still don't get the point of drinking. I've only seen it cause more harm than good in my family. Oh well...as long as they're responsible.

It's the culture. Drinking is a big deal for them, for us it's a negative aspect and I agree with you. My grandpa is an alcoholic

Night-time saunas? Sounds like the place to be. And she clearly has figured out alcohol: "the more I drank, the more I understood why people drink it".
