They're bumpy growths on the vocal cords. They are caused by vocal cord abuse mostly straining your vocal cords. Singers who sing very high but put too much pressure on their vocal cords are prone to vocal cord nodules. They are usually surgerically removed however it does NOT fix the damage on the vocal cords and can change how you sound. It is not cancer and can be left alone.

She was so pretty during the time of her debut...she still is but she was top notch visual here. Maybe it's the bangs and the light colour of her hair?

make up styling and weight change as well. she was incredibly tiny at debut, like worrisome. if they take away the bangs, its her like this, but healthier

I'd rather she stay healthy than go back to that worrisome state then <3

Ah know we now why she strained and sounded like she was in pain when she hit that high note for happiness. Poor Wendy. But her head voice is as solid as ever now so all is good.

Vocal cord modules are surgericlaly removed. They don't go away. But it isn't cancer. But removing it can change her voice. As long as she sings properly and doesn't strain her voice it would be painful or anything.
