Upon revealing their album cover, indie duo SBGB released the full version of "Cardcaptor Sakura", as an homage to the popular Japanese franchise.

In the music video, a young student catches the train and stops by a manhwa cafe, picking up a 'Cardcaptor Sakura' book. Toward the end, an Akita dog randomly appears as the girl discovers a magical realm behind the bookcase.

SBGB's acoustic version of the original Japanese theme titled "Catch You, Catch Me" will allow fans to travel back to the nostalgic days watching the animated series on television.

It really annoyed me they called Sakura "Cherry" instead of "Sakura" in the korean version. I guess its a japanese language prohibition thing?

Yes, when CCS came out in Korea in 1999 Korea was just starting to loosen up on its ban of Japanese cultural products so Sakura's name was changed to Cherry. Though they still do that today, where in the Disney movie Big Hero 6 they slightly changed Hiro's name to Hero,
