Like its namesake, the song talks about flexing or flaunting and how he's one of the top rappers in Korea (38 in the song title comes from Vasco's age).�

The track was produced #jaykidman and the MV was directed by Woody Answer Jr. This is the title track for Bill Stax's first mixtape which will be released on March 3.
