TEEN TOP's Niel is reportedly making a solo comeback!

According to insiders, Niel is preparing to release his 2nd solo album this January. Insiders also say that he'll be releasing teasers soon, to officially start counting down to his solo comeback. This will be his return in 2 years since his solo debut album 'oNIELy', released back in February of 2015, and repackage album 'Spring Love' in April of the same year.
