Back in May and December of 2016, JYP Entertainment made their blacklist rules more strict for fans who invaded GOT7's privacy. Now, the rules are becoming even stricter.

On January 24, JYP Entertainment updated their official fan website for GOT7 with

Hello, this is JYPE.

After we announced the Intensified Blacklist Rules(goo.gl/7wMYCf) on May 30th 2016,

we additionally announced the Primary Warning List(goo.gl/Q7bwcn) of those who uploaded pictures which were taken at the area after immigration inspection and at private schedule.

However, until now, illegal invasion of privacy is being continued.

Especially, in front of the members' "Accommodation",

- lying in wait

- watching secretly

- recording and filming without permission

- trespassing into the accommodation/parking lot

- touching them or chasing them closely on their individual path

- making or helping someone do the illegal actions described above

About the invasion of privacy and personal rights, and also about the residents' discomfort due to illegal actions happening above,

we notice you that we will take strong legal action according to Criminal Law and the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act.

For every related issues, we will take similar strong legal action.

They will be taking legal action to fans who violate these rules. What do you guys think about how JYP is handling the problematic fans and fansites and the rules?

I think he is right doing this. Those fans who do this are very scary at times and the boys shouldn't have to go through things like that.

Good idea, saesang and other over-zealous fans need to learn that they can be prosecuted for their actions

I hope they don't get mad if a regular person walks next to them who doesn't know GOT7

these people have to understand how the boys feel with this actions. They are really talented and handsome,i know, but they are humans too like me and everyone. They need their privacity and violate this is wrong. If they are fans they should consider that.

I think JYP is doing the right thing. These people must be crazy and I don't think we can call them 'fans'

I agree with JYP's policy, but I just have a question. It may be a dumb question: What about fan meetings? Like if you enforce this policy, wouldn't the fan meets go away? Or they have a policy for that except I haven't done my research yet...

I don't think that counts, it mainly concerns when they are not on a schedule and such, it's about fans invading their privacy even during their free time

True, but what if they (sasaengs) went to the meets and just do what they do, then what would JYP do? I mean JYP has to be clear cut with these policies or else people will take advantage of what is not on the policy. Not to come at you but I was confused for a moment. Thanks for the clarification.

If they cross a line and behave in a way that is not acceptable, than JYP might take actions against them. Those are aditionnal rules, so what you mentionned might be told more clearly in the previous rules :)

I think that might be because last year, a lot of photos and videos from fans following the member while they had no schedule. Some were really aggravating ; some fan filming the member while standing just behind them and following them as the walked around... These additionnal rules really were necessary, I think

It's good JYP is reinforcing these rules. Comes to show he actually cares for the members' safety and privacy. Though I doubt any of these rules would apply to any of the pure sasaeng fans and stop them until legitimate legal action is taken against them.
