Suzy's 2015 pictorial 'Suzy? Suzy' is causing some noise online due to its alleged lolita content. In response, JYPE released a statement denying the pictorial is related to a lolita concept and that the concept was meant to be "retro and Kitschy." The agency added that lolita is "not related whatsoever to Suzy or the photographer's original intent."

JYPE concluded legal action would taken against those posting any falsehoods or malicious comments on the topic.

I think its hilarious that a style of photography is being criticized when it has nothing to do with grown men liking chidren. Especially when the people who are being photographed like this are grown women.

It's great for the paedo's, while band-wagoners are chasing after people completely unrelated to child abuse they're free to stalk kids unchecked.

Why is lolita such a bug deal? I mean wasn't she super young when they danced Goodbye Baby?

When you put something like pictorials  it is up to the public  what they see and feel. If it is not what you want , then you can try to sway their opinions  by explaining  them , not suing people  who have different opinions . Suzy did say she took part in the planning of the concept and choosing the outfits. Let's  face it. She is not the innocent little girl some people are delusional about.

Exactly, she's not a little girl. And therefore there is no association with child abuse or pedophiles in anything she does. Because she's a legal adult, not a child. And the public's view does not change that in the slightest.

The concept that korea is a clean and pure society is very far from the truth. The truth is sexy concepts sell. I personally think the poses are not classy and I would not buy such poor quality works but didn't the photobook sold well? LOL

Is this new marketing strategy again JYP? I see what you did there... Everytime someone make a comeback there's always 1 news from JYP. Free promotion?
