Comedian Kim Shin Young shared how she lost 62 lbs!
On the November 15 airing of '1 versus 100', Kim Shin Young discussed her weight loss success. She revealed that she went from 73kg (160 lbs) down to 44kg (98 lbs) and during the interview, the show host asked the comedian what her secret to her weight loss was.
Kim Shin Young responded, "The best way is to eat less and work out. Everyone knows this but doesn't do it, and that's why they can't lose weight."
She added, "I recommend starting your diet on a non-standard day. Don't start on the first day of the month or on a Monday. Start suddenly on a random day. Then you're going to stick to it."
Kim Shin Young also recommended that you always eat breakfast and eat smaller, simple dinners. She also shared that she drinks 2 liters of brown rice tea daily, and showed off her water bottle.
Prior to starting her diet, Kim Shin Young said she had experiences of getting kicked out of an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet and a meat buffet.
