Dongho's parents discussed the negative public opinion about Dongho becoming a dad on TV show.

On 'A Man Who Gives Dog Food,' which aired on October 14, regular cast member Dongho, a former U-KISS member, went to his parents' house. Dongho went into his old room, filled with photos and fan letters from his idol days and talked about his memories.

His mom cautiously talked about the negative comments his son received from the public, especially after he had a child (e.g., "A baby had a baby.") She said, "I've been watching this show. I feel hurt when there are a lot of hateful comments about him." The father added, "Even if you do a good job, there are always negative comments."

Dongho's mom stated, "I read a lot of people say that he's too young to be a father, but I believe in my son." Dongho's dad also encouraged him, saying, "I trust you."

Even in the US, people think getting married at 21 is too early to get married. Most people here get married around 28 or 30s.

All countries think 21 is a young age, here in Philippines, 25 will be the youngest marrying age to some, but get marry in your 30s, it's considered late. But like I said, for a patriarchal cultured country, it's quite ironic to get married at 30s - 40s

Korea isn't as patriarchal as it was in the past. It still is to a certain extent, but it's not as bad as it was before. Even the US is pretty patriarchal in all honesty. The more rights and freedom that women get, the later they get married. That's why women in the US tend to get married later as well, as they don't want their marriage or pregnancy to get in the way of their work.

Too young to be a father? He was born in 1994 - aged 22 years old? Legal adult? Earns money monthly just like every other humans with jobs? He aint that teenage boy anymore kids, get over it. Idk if it's just me but 22 is actually a good age to get married to your parents and have kids since at that age most people probably graduate from universities already.

Dongho is an amazing father and a hard worker. He takes good care of his wife and child. He has family that care about him and his wife and child. People need to leave them alone now. Offer nice thoughts and comments or keep it to yourself.
