"Fantasy" is a slow, sexy, low-key dance track. It's a nice song that showcases Fei's abilities for her solo debut. The MV is even better as some guy puts on VR goggles and watches Fei strut her stuff. "Fantasy" indeed.

INSPIRIT's were saying "Woo" Ric Flair style when they heard that WOOhyun would be releasing his solo debut. "Still I Remember" is a lively song, ambling along at a comfortable pace. We're treated to Woohyun's emotional falsetto early on, but it's about the 3-minute mark that you get chills and the waterworks start. The song really shows Woohyun's emotional depth and it's worthy of being in the top 10 solo debuts so far in 2016.

"Free Somebody" is a sweet piece of electro-house that gets better on each listen. I love the chord progression that builds up to the powerful vocal fireworks. I didn't know she could do that with her voice, but I'm glad she did. The awesome animation is her MV is also a very nice touch. A very impressive solo debut from Luna.

This is lit! Everything Bobby touches is usually fire and his solo debut doesn't disappoint. The track is everything promised and more, loud (in a good way) and in your face, making you want to jump up and party. Full of Swag, this will make you hold up from whatever you're doing and just listen to the music.

Jimin's solo debut "Call You Bae" got a major boost because it featured EXO's Xiumin. The song is an easy melody with a piano-based tune, guitar, and bass that transition into an energetic, synthesized dance chorus. The jovial synths continue to tickle our ears throughout the chorus, and juxtaposed with Xiumin and Jimin's harmonizations, it's a match made in heaven.

The mega-popular Apink member made her formal debut with "Hopefully Sky." It's got a nice tempo, not too slow and very soothing, moving at a pleasant pace. There's a harmonica in here, too, to give the song an original touch. The song achieved an all-kill and just puts me in a happy mood every time I listen to it.

Tiffany is embroiled in controversy at this moment but before the social media mishap, she was flying high with her solo debut "Just Wanna Dance." It's got that smooth 80's synth-vibe and yes, it just makes you want to dance. Her voice gives me chills and she shows off her impressive vocal range on this track. Like many of the MV's on this list, it was filmed in southern California and Tiffany looks beautiful in each shot. Let's just hope her controversy goes away soon so she can release more good music!

The solo debut of former Girls' Generation member Jessica is fabulous and not only because it features the rapper Fabolous. A mid-tempo pop tune, Jessica's voice just sounds gorgeous here. I like how majestic it all sounds, with a galloping beat and expansive synths. Fabolous' part is pretty well done too. Thankfully, they didn't insert any additional hip hop elements, and that's why the whole thing works. The MV is visually appealing as well and I am eagerly waiting for more releases from Jessica in the near future.

Damn, that was quick! Not even 24 hours into his first solo release, he has made it up to #2 on the list! The song is bumpin' and will have your body moving for sure. The MV is very sexy, combined with Bobby's 'Holup,' former C-Clown member Rome (Christian Yu) has got some serious talent as a director. This combination is a WINNER.

Not a formal debut but I'm including this anyways because it's so AWEsome. The second BTS member to have a solo mixtape, Suga brought out his alter-ego Agust D (Daegu Town Suga backwards). This track is straight fire and Suga puts his array of rapping skills on full display. This boy has got some charisma and this was the most impressive solo release for me so far in 2016.
