Yoooo, props to Lee Si Young's dad!  The Chuseok holiday is fun and all but it's also a time when women wake up early in the morning to slave away for the rest of the day cooking for their family - after all, it is Korea's version of Thanksgiving.

However, on September 15, Lee Si Young shared a picture of a traditional Chuseok feast and relayed that everything had been cooked by her father in her mother's stead.  There was rice, soup, braised short ribs, herbs, abalone, and much more.

Lee Si Young wrote, "Wow, thank you.  My father made the braised short ribs two days ago.  My dad also made the pancakes.  He also directly cooked the herbs and made the abalone this morning. Thanks to him, my mom and our family are deliciously eating a Chuseok breakfast.  Dad's cooking.  Dad's love."

Netizens who came across this post were impressed by her father's cooking skills as well his tender consideration toward his wife.  They also expressed their envy.

Are they that surprised that a man was cooking instead of a woman? I certainly hope that's not it...
