KBS' 'Moonlight Drawn by Clouds' is currently under review by the Korea Communications Standards Commission due to a revealing scene featuring actress Kim Yoo Jung.

On September 7, a rep from the KCSC told media the drama is undergoing review after complaints were filed. The problematic scene in 'Moonlight Drawn by Clouds' features Hong Ra Ohn (played by Kim Yoo Jung) bandaging her chest in order to hide her identity as a female.

The drama ran into trouble with the censorship committee as actress Kim Yoo Jung is a minor and the scene went on "longer than necessary." The case is currently being presented and reviewed.

Stay tuned for updates.

I thought the govt authorities were overdoing it. To me, it didn't feel sexualized. Than I read a few of the comments here, and I was only surprised that the govt didn't act sooner.

i mean who's the problem? the person who sexualized a minor in an important scene that shows transition between yoojung as a girl to yoojung as a male servant or the production team who thought that it was an important scene?

If they're going to do something to this drama because of something like Kim Yoo Jung bandaging her chest then I'm gonna flip tables... I didn't even notice there was anything sexual in the scene... seriously.

IKR. If they start changing future scenes like kissing scenes just because they got scared of this complaint then I'm gonna throw Let's Fight Ghost in their face because Kim So Hyun had so many kissing scenes with Taecyon in that drama and they are both minors.

Oh my, when I first watched it I was worried that could be a problem because the scene was longer than necessary to me too. No one talked about it so I thought it was fine but come on, she's 20 and it wasn't racy at all ><

Tell me something you butthurt sexually repressed moronic intentionally ignorant tightwads, how the hell do you sexualize someone trying to hide their sex? I'll wait while you pool those things you laughingly call a brain together to cobble and answer.

So your telling me that anything you look at that has a female in it becomes porn. Sounds like a personal problem.

Yeah nothing was shown. But that is not the point. The article said "longer than necessary". It means the camera rested on the chest even if it is covered -> The minor actress was sexualized this way! Its like filming some teenagers butt in skinny jeans or sth like that longer than necessary -

Her character was trying to hide the fact she is female. Nothing is being shown. How the fuck is that 'sexualizing" her?

Longer than necessary? I needed at least 20 more seconds! Left me high and dry.

Who are they to judge what is considered longer than necessary. Did they go film school? It was supposed to be an artistic and pivotal scene that depicts her plight as a woman forced to live as a man. These perverts are trying to ruin a good drama and yes, they are closet perverts since they see sex where there is none.
