An exclusive report on September 27 stated that G-Friend will be traveling to Eastern Europe toward the latter half of October.

Reportedly, the girl group will be taking part in a solo travel variety show broadcast through skyTravel, currently under the working title 'The Europe That G-Friend Loved'. A representative of the broadcasting station relayed, "The 6 members will be splitting into 3 teams to visit Slovenia, Hungary, and Austria. It will be a chance to discover a new side of G-Friend not yet seen on broadcasts."

The show is said to air some time in November. Sounds like a treat!

Well two of these three countries are not really Eastern Europe (except for Hungary) -- more like middle to slight southern Europe.. Slovenia is more of an southern country.. Slovenia was even a part of Yugoslavia (Yugo means South)... and Austria?? xD come on.. Austria is surely not Eastern Europe xDWhen I first read the headline I thought they would go to like Ukraine, Moldova, Poland, Baltic States etc.  But still I wish the girls a lot of fun!

Oh please, do not allow the manager to appear again onscreen 'cause like what happened in OFD, it ruins the mood of the girls. Let them act their age and enjoy like normal teenagers.

I'm not a fan but bts being stalked and damn near assaulted and violated wasn't enough lmao and people didn't even know they were going to Europe, so why set these girls up like that?

i don't think it's gonna be the same case.. fangirls react differently towards their favourite girl group. but if it's a boy group....fangirls really go on a different level of crazy.

Don't put all European Fans in the same category.. just bc some norwegian fans went crazy on Bangtan, doesn't mean that all of us are like this

Smoking that kpopper crackpipe a bit too much. Nobody knows or cares about kpop beyond Korea except at concerts where the few who do actually care come on purpose. No kpop group walking the streets of Vienna, Ljubljana, or Budapest is going to get mobbed because nobody outside of kpopland knows who the hell they are.

Lmao no crack pipe you're just ignorant to what I'm taking about there was a group of girls 5-7 I believe that chased and touched and pulled on the boys and the few you're speaking on is thousands lmao and nowhere but korea? Ummm Japan, china, America, Canada, Paris, the uk, Dubai...every continent ever lmao you're sleep

But well she is actually right with the point that there are not much KPOP fans in those three countries.. and the girls who followed Bangtan where surely fans who knew were BTS was located and purposely went there... If nobody knew that they were headed there nobody would have bothered them cuz there are only a few KPOP fans compared to how many people know them in ASIA or to be concrete: South Korea.. A lot of Idols have already walked the streets of Europe and all of them haven't been recognized much.. Like EXO being in Berlin or BTS being in Berlin and a bunch of other Idols.. It is true... beyond "KPOPLAND" nobody knows and nobody cares.. they will be viewed as some more asian tourists headed through their country like the rest of them.. If they walk Ljubljana, Budapest and Vienna, I'm sure they will not be bothered by anyone and if some fans will come to them, I'm positive that they won't act dumb like the ARMY fans did with BTS in Norway... GG Fans are less aggressive about their Idols than BG Fans...

Well, 1 myob. 2 they saw them lmao nobody knew they were going where they were going until after they'd got there even so the initial stament isn't bout fans knowing them but their safety even if it's one or two people, they can still always be crazy. Bts also got stopped after they were chased in other places and at the ports. Only those people asked kindly for pictures. Gg fans are less aggressive but just as creepy. As male fans like to follow and stalk. Anyway you're wrong when you say outside of Korea kpop isn't popular lmao you need to run your numbers too Big Bang ranked high (5 I believe) on Forbes with the money they made on their world tour and they sold out the staples center and venuses in Canada and Mexico and Europe and Australia. Nobody's saying kpop is the biggest intl. genre but more people are fans than you know I'm from a quaint part of fl and my kpop is followed by people all over lmao most of us are Non Asian poc and a great number Hispanic. Ijs anyway y'all missed the point

Beyond Hallyu delusions and the fantasies and propaganda of the Korean media, Kpop doesn't even register on the radar in the US or anywhere else outside of East/SE Asia. When SNSD can walk around Las Vegas, LA, and New York freely as unknowns, it pretty much sums up kpop's impact in the US. And those are actually cities with large Asian populations. Beyond the tiny and insignificant Korean/Asian communities in Western countries and the few non-Asians who got into it from watching k-dramas on PBS, the kpop is non-existent. Bottom line is that GFriend will be able to go anywhere and do anything in these 3 European countries and nobody will know who they are. They certainly will be safer than anywhere in Korea.

i thought i was the only one in my country that liked gfriend.. until i started seeing my people post about them on youtube/twitter & instagram.. and I thought they weren't that big in the US until they went to LA and wherever they went, there were a LOT of people who were shocked & star struck to see them even though they weren't big fans of them. they even took candid photos of them & updated about them. even during their Vapp, people went up to talk to them. There are actually many kpopers around the world/gfriend lovers, but some are just lowkey in liking them like my self. even if people aren't fans of gfriend, gfriend is one of the current top group in kpop, & kpop fans are all over the place. ya never know ya know

Where from Central Europe do you come from? I'm from Central Europe too and I travelled a lot in Europe and as far as I know, the chances that you will meet an KPOP fan coincidentally is not that big... Just bc they fill concert halls doesn't mean the majority in each country knows them... wtf just no.. I love KPOP and yeah the fandoms are growing and more people are being aware of it, but I am positive that without really knowing Yuju, SinB, Yerin, Umji, Sowon and Eunha's faces and without knowing where they are headed they most likely won't be recognized .. I'm sure that somewhere, someone will know who they are BUT it is a fact that the majority will see them as normal tourists! And in the case that they will get mobbed it surely is bc someone, somehow found out where they are and told everyone! This was also the case with Bangtan! Let's face it guys! BTS told everyone where they are and a lot of fans went crazy to find them.. which was possible, bc some girls uploaded videos and fotos of them...normally this wouldn't have happened! Like I said EXO was in Germany, BTS was in Germany, they even had photoshoots in the streets of Berlin and nobody bothered them... 20-50 KPOP fans in one place with GFRIEND, coincidentally, ALL GFRIEND fans or at least know who they are, is not gonna happen! It will most likely be like that bc they KNEW where GFRIEND would be.. at most it will be like 2 people who will know them (by coincidence) and nothing more,,,

Nobody knew that bts was in Europe until after the fans posted photos, that's when they Kinda had no choice to to stream on V app. And nobody said anything about the majority lmao
