BTS fans' unmannerly behavior at a K-Pop festival is under criticism online.

On September 7, a concert took place at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul for the upcoming '2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics'. The lineup included BTS, Block B, B.A.P, VIXX, BTOB, AOA, MAMAMOO, Red Velvet, SPICA, Oh My Girl, KNK, and more. But according to witness accounts by fans from other fandoms as well as from regular attendees, ARMYs were, unfortunately, negatively perceived by many.

Attendees at the event claimed that BTS fans not only intruded into seats designated to other fandoms, but also blocked peoples' views by standing on top of the chairs when BTS came out to perform. BTOB fans, or Melody, especially had some specific complaints about ARMYs behaviors, saying, "We first politely told them these seats are reserved for the BTOB fandom but they ignored us and sat down anyway."

Other fandoms also added, "The event was carried out in an orderly fashion for 3 hours until ARMYs destroyed it. They hit others with their bags as they were running out, pushed chairs, and even cursed at other fandoms when they asked them to move."

Considering how hard BTS works and their lovable personalities i will always follow them and they will always be my favorite group. I just wont associate myself with the immature/disrespectful fans.

The pictures don't tell us much. The few pictures far enough back that you can see a lot show the girls that are standing on chairs are way behind others. It looks more like they are trying to see over the huge crowd in front of them. As for the behavior though that is ridiculous. I'm a multifandom and one of them is being an Army and it really bothers me when another Army is rude or disrespectful to other fandoms. It doesn't happen as often as it seems but enough that the immature fans give the rest of us a bad name. I'm old enough that I have kids that are also into kpop and believe me they are being raised not to be disrespectful towards other fandoms. It helps that they are all multifandom too but still.
