Vivian shares tips on natural makeup and dieting in 'Cosmopolitan'

Vivian shared some key beauty tips during an interview with 'Cosmopolitan'!


First, she revealed her natural makeup routine, explaining, "I wear a small amount of moist concealer all over my face for a clean skin look, then brush my eyebrows and finish the look by adding a bit of color to the lips."

As for her diet, she stated, "No matter how high in calories, I enjoy my food. When I do have to go on a diet, I eat one meal a day. I eat only a little bit of the foods I really want to eat instead of eating the low-calorie meals."

    even if you are slim it's actually better for your body to not do that. it's better to eat three small or more small meals a day the one "normal/big" especially paired with exercise your body as well as your brain needs the energy given by food to work. like your focus drops if your blood sugar is to low and the possibility of fainting is much higher. I don't think i need to explain why keeping this a natural condition in order to look pretty will damage your body
