Police have requested another arrest warrant for accuser Ms. A in Lee Jin Wook's alleged sexual assault case after the previous request was denied.

The actor has been cleared of all charges following A's reported confession her claims were false, but it seems her changing story has compelled police to file a new request for an arrest warrant. The first request was denied last week when the Seoul Central District Court found it was difficult to justify a new arrest warrant.

Police explained, "We requested another arrest warrant because A keeps changing her story about confessing to a false accusation." A has stated she was coerced into making a confession and never made an official confession that she filed a false report.

I don't know. It's not like the po po doesn't coerce confessions because they do. I just don't know if it's a good idea to go to the media with it after your lawyer has bailed on you. They must not have civil rights lawyers in Korea like they do here. She probably should have just taken whatever money they offered her in the beginning and walked away.

True, but a lot of times they don't coerce you with your own lawyer there.. They did not appoint her a lawyer she came there with her own... Your right though its not wise to go to the media saying that they coerced you when your first lawyer left...
