A report had come out, bringing to attention that Alex, the youngest of 'Boys 24,' was in a place serving alcohol despite being a minor after a picture was posted on another member's SNS.

Regarding this, 'Boys 24' said on August 15, "The restaurant Alex entered was not a pub; it was registered as a Korean restaurant.  He entered with the consent of his parents and did not drink, so there's no legal issue.  In light of Alex's underage status, we had made a reservation at a restaurant that he could enter.  He drank a [non-alcoholic] beverage instead of alcohol, and we made him go home early.  We apologize for going somewhere that could cause misunderstandings.  We will be more careful from now on."

Nah, 15 or 16. Koreans calculate their age a bit different... It's basically 'your birth year' + '1 year', I think. When you're getting born there, you're already one year old.
