On the July 27 airing of 'I Can See Your Voice 3', MC Leeteuk brought up fellow Super Junior member Kangin's DUI case.

One of the contestants for this episode introduced his nickname as "Super Junior member K's dongsaeng", making everyone guess as to which Super Junior member he was talking about.

Leeteuk went on to name the members of his group whose last names were Kim, including Kim Ryeowook, Kim Heechul, and Kim Jonghoon, or Yesung. After naming those three members, Leeteuk added, "There's also a member who is like an injured finger."

Which Super Junior member do you think the contestant resembles?

Never be kangin fan since forever, but start to dislike him when he host a show with Amber & Youngjae. He acted like almighty and everyone need to bow&respect him coz he is SuJu member, their big sunbae. Sometime(s) his act & words so rude, not only for another host (except Amber), but to their guest too. And cannot forget his act to N at some show. Hope SuJu will still doing fine, with or without him

I could be wrong, but maybe that's how Korean culture, they are really considering who's senior and junior, all juniors should respect seniors and seniors are always right. Maybe I said it too much but that's how I see Korean culture...

I know it too, chingu. Junior MUST respect their sunbae. But he look like ASKED them to respect him, when they already gave their respect as their hoobae. Maybe am the one who wrong / misjudged, but thats what i saw. He can say anything insult to their hoobae, but they cannot disrespected him at all

idk why everyone is supporting him now. you 'fans' were thumbing my points up just a small while ago. /rolls eyesi wasn't hating but honestly he's just trouble for the group, and i always had this feeling ever since he came back around the sexy free and single era. :/i said while watching that mv 'his vibes don't feel right'.

I actually love the symbolism and simplicity of his statement. We'll never truly know what any of the members are thinking about this situation because we are not them and we are not with them. I thought this was a kind gesture to make to someone he has been so close to for years- Kangin f*cked up and made some terrible choices, there's no denying that. It doesn't surprise me at all that he's hurting right now, you make a poor choice like that and the consequences and backlash are going to be harsh. But when I think of the statement Leeteuk made here it reminds me: when you have an injured finger, many times that finger is put into some sort of brace to heal. Often times, that brace is connected to a few other fingers on your hand, so it can have support and not be bent or broken as it takes time to heal. I hope his members (those that he's close to at least) will be there to support him and help him heal in this time. When I say heal, I mean really heal, not just sweep all this under the rug and give him a slap on the wrist. Hold him accountable, help him to find the root of his problems as to why he makes these kinds of bad (and in some cases incredibly dangerous) choices, and to find ways to cope with those issues so that he can become a stronger and better person. That's what true friendship is about, and if he has true friends in that group (as they say they are) then that is what they should do.
