The plaintiff in the alleged sexual assault case against actor Lee Jin Wook has admitted to making false charges.

Previously, plaintiff A's former law firm Hyunjae withdrew their legal representation presumably after the issue of possible false charges came to light. On July 26, A was reported to have hired a new lawyer, but it seems she's already confessed Lee Jin Wook is innocent of all charges.

According to Dispatch, A told police in a follow-up investigation on the 26th that there was no force used on the night of the incident. The Gangnam Police Station held their fourth interview with A today, and it's reported she admitted the sexual assault allegations were false. Plaintiff A reportedly told police, "There was not any force used during relations with Lee Jin Wook."

A rep from the police also stated, "Lee Jin Wook has been cleared of the sexual assault charges. A admitted to making false accusations. We're currently negotiating a warrant of arrest for her."

Lee Jin Wook's was indecipherable while the woman's came out as lies. Both smell fishy... but the woman really did go too far to try and end him by lying about the sexual assault

Well obviously the law against all these women who love making false accusations against celebrities is not tough enough, because they seem to be doing it a lot these days and obviously get of with light punishments, when you make these kind of accusations accusing people of sexual violation or any form of sexual harrasment, its a serious crime, and these celebrities futures are on the line, i think its time to making the law tougher of gold diggers who think they can just freely ruin peoples lives just for money should get thrown in jail teach there asses a lesson

She sounds like an angry ex. But to use something as serious as sexual assault to get back at him is so horrible. It's people like this that make it hard for real rape victims. How irresponsible. tsk tsk

So ... where's all the stupid assjackets calling him a heinous criminal and abusing readers who took his side?  Especially the tired ass tossers who slandered actual assault victims for believing him?  VINDICATED. BITCHES.

I hope after this case, LJW will gain more trust of public. He had honestly come out and reported everything truthfully from the start.

This is just my take on it. But I think that if WOOKIE was somehow to make it *clear* that he wants the POLICE to show some *compassion* for this woman, that would be his *best* path here. UNLESS this woman has some *previous* record of doing this to other men somehow? NO IDEA here. Having said that, I would *not* say that WOOKIE would be exactly wrong to decide to 'Give Her Hell' either. But, was ALCOHOL involved in her decision making when she did this midnight fling? And she wakes up and feels 'used' somehow, and is angry about it. OR, maybe this is about her simply being a COLD HEART BISH that thought she would get EASY MONEY out of WOOKIE in this manner? Again, NO IDEA here. But, this woman has apparently now 'come clean' with the truth here. Which, does WOOKIE now want to see her 'ground up' in the COURT SYSTEM? Actually do JAIL time? To me, getting an apology, having her *say* that she *appreciates* that WOOKIE does *not* want to destroy her life; maybe it is enough? WOOKIE is *vindicated* now. The next question, does he want to show her some compassion? I guess that we find out soon enough.

looks like she likes LJW and wants more (be in a serious relationship) with him, but since LJW was looking for 'one night stand' so maybe she thought this is a best way to get he revenge on him (since this kinda assault is kinda trending in S.Korea). There would be alcohol involved in this situation since they had a drink or two before all that sex happened. My guess that she felt sorry to herself so that's why in the beginning she asked LJW to apologize to her. But since LJW is a celebrity and it was made public already, he didn't apologize to her since he didn't do anything wrong. And yes jail time for her. She did defamation public figure making LJW is a bad guy here eventho he didn't do anything wrong. That guysl just wanna have fun, but this one night stand goes wrong! Poor LJW!!

I do follow your logic here. I just vote for some compassion from WOOKIE at this point. NOT saying that it makes him 'evil' to show NONE either.

There weren't clear report anywhere mentioning alcohol was involved. We all know LJW could not drink alcohol so no for his end. For her, I honestly she might also like him but did not expect things turn out that quick (to have sex with him). Or she she might want it but have second thought afterward. I only curious that if she ever contact him directly the next day and tell him how she feel about the incident and asked for apology. If she did not and go straight to police to press charged, then she deserves to be punished so others can learn not to copy. Sexual assault cases against celebrity seems to being copied cat now in S.Korea (not else where like China, HOng Kong,etc...). These ladies must take advance of their "save face" culture to distort these artists. I can understand why Krell asks if LJW can show some compassion for her. However, I think it is best for all that he leaves the authority follow the proper procedure to execute the case so it can be a good example for others

I am NOT sure that PROSECUTORS even can *consider* the wishes of WOOKIE in this situation. For example, with actor LEE BYUNG HUN is his BLACKMAIL case situation; LBH did eventually say that he wanted some COMPASSION for his BLACKMAILERS (DAHEE of GLAM Group was one). BUT, *not* sure that the JUDGE could even consider his wishes at all. Definitely LBH could *not* choose to stop the TRIAL, once his FORMAL COMPLAINT was made. The PROSECUTOR had COMPLETE CONTROL once the complaint was made. But again, it did NOT hurt LBH that he *said* EVENTUALLY (late in the TRIAL) that he wanted some compassion. Which, WOOKIE might be looking at what LBH did it too ... ;-)

You want him to be the bigger person, take the high road and be compassionate after she attempted to ruin him? And there will be people who will always believe he's guilty and she was paid off? Yeah, he should do that. Let his agency pound her lying ass in the ground.

I do think that the *compassion* road would be best. ASSUMING that *she* is say willing to do a VIDEO APOLOGY that seems VERY SINCERE. In a sense, she already is 'pounded into the ground' at this point. More like a matter of HOW FAR do you want to pound her.

Me personally, I want to pound her into oblivion. But I'm not kind or forgiving like you are. I'm angry because it just makes it that much harder for an assault victim to actually be believed, especially in cases where celebrities are not involved. In all likelihood nothing will happen especially if she's pretty and cries in front of the judge.

I was thinking maybe a MONEY FINE and Community Service; like that. That is what the CYBER STALKERS of IDOLS generally get punished.
