Many Chinese people already eat chicken feet, but not as spicy as Korean style.

Actually Cosmic Girls is a girl group from both Starship and YueHua. It's a label collaboration. But most of the time (like in EXO or Twice), they put non-Korean members to appeal other countries more. It works well especially in China, because they like seeing a Chinese person doing Kpop.

Chicken feet creep me out. They look just like fingers and it's weird

Yeah but I (an American) like to wear food handling gloves because no food sticks to your hands quite like chicken feet.
