'Unpretty Rapstar 2' winner Truedy sat down with 'International bnt' for an interview, chatting about what has changed after her appearance on the program, which artists she would like to collab with, and the rappers she's cheering for on the currently airing 'SMTM 5.'

For the pictorial, Truedy took on an old-school look mixed with modern hip hop style in baggy pants, muscle tees, bell bottoms, and cool braided hairstyles.

Following the photo shoot, the rapper got personal about things that have changed after 'Unpretty Rapstar 2,' revealing, "After [appearing on] Mnet's 'Unpretty Rapstar 2,' my parents treated me with expensive and delicious food, and outside [my home], a lot more people recognized me so I'm really experiencing the change [in attitude] towards me." She also added that she's working on an album with, "Because it's my first time preparing for an album, I'm preparing it by thinking of it sort of like a learning curve."

On how she got on 'Unpretty Rapstar 2,' Truedy explained, "I was at a show and I met a representative [from the program] by chance. There are many people who seek advice on what they should do to start making music; I think the opportunity will one day rise as long as you keep on doing what you're doing with perseverance."

Truedy also picked Dynamic Duo's Gaeko, Zico, and 1LLIONAIRE (Dok2 and The Quiett) as the artists she wants to collab with the most, specifically placing The Q at the top of her list. She said, "I want to feel [firsthand] The Quiett's soulfulness by working with him." The guy does make some good beats!

The rapper didn't forget to cheer on fellow under rappers and 93'ers currently on 'SMTM 5,' saying, "C Jamm and BewhY are 93'ers like Song Min Ho and Microdot, and they're extremely talented so I have no doubt that they'll be the finalists [on the show]."

To all of the people that are curious on why she is hated so much, it  probably has to be because she won despite KittiB and Yezi both being more talented. If theyare hating because she was acting like she is mixed with black, I can understand that too. What I don't understand is how was she not appreciating black culture if she was so into it, that she acted like she was mixed with it and she even mentioned a lot of legendary rappers. That's like koreaboos that only come in for the music or ones that only come for the food.

There is nothing wrong with liking one side of one side of a culture.

To be honest, I actually understand why people are a little mad because she's acting 'black'. I'm not going to hate on her as I don't know her therefore I also don't want to receive any hate for my opinion. As one commenter mentioned, it gets us mad because they don't appreciate the black people themselves but their style- many are trying to wear styles that typically those African-American or Africans wear. Not only is this culture appropriation , but I feel that you can't just like one portion of a race and ignore the problems that come with it. You can't decide to wear cornrows and not give a care about the black race. This isn't just with this particular artist but a lot of artists as well. Dark skin and black people are often looked down upon is this society while white skin and Caucasian features are praised, which is why I in particular am not offended by the way idols seem to make themselves seem 'white'. I understand that our definition of 'dark' is different than theirs but I have read many articles where black people were made fun of or portrayed as violent people. I don't know this artist so I won't accuse her of much but I'm just trying to say that if you want to dress or wear styles that typically 'black' people wear, you also need to try to appreciate them as a race. I have no problem with their standards of looking milky white, however it sometimes irritates me when dark skin is viewed as something negative- that is something different in its entirety, however.

besides her look, in unpretty rapstar she explicitly states in her rap about facing discrimination because of being black, until it was found that she is full korean with straight black asian hair, and pale skin...
