On June 23, the Seoul District Court held a final hearing to announce the court's ruling on the lawsuit between former duo TASTY and Woollim Entertainment's parent company SM C&C

The court announced, "All lawsuits filed by the plaintiff (TASTY) have been rejected. All fees accrued on account of the lawsuits will be charged to the plaintiff's side."

In August of 2015, Chinese male duo TASTY filed a lawsuit asking SM C&C for a contract termination. Neither side has yet to speak up about the court's new ruling.

I had hoped Tasty would be free to leave for China and there would be no more problems....but the way they went about leaving Woollim and then suing them was kinda ridiculous. I was upset too at the way Woollim promoted them sometimes, but what are they gonna do? The twins aren't too popular in Korea. And Woollim did the right thing by still hanging onto them and giving them an album and MVs. Other companies wouldn't even do that and would probably just kick them to the curb for being a financial loss to the company. I heard that Woollim was in the process of coming out with their new album and MV when they decided to up and leave. That's a huge monetary loss on Woollim's side for paying for production costs but then having your artists just disappear on you before the MV and album comes out.. No offense to the Tasty twins, but Woollim was probably losing more money on them than earning it. And I'm not blindly taking Woollim's side- they're grown ass adults. They shouldn't have acted like little kids having a fit. If you have a problem with the way the album is being made or don't like the fact that the CEO tells you what songs he wants in the album, you go to him and you speak with him like an adult. you don't go on a Twitter rant and expect people to take you seriously. I know this isn't related, but other Woollim groups have said similar things- that the CEO has a strong grip on which songs get put  into the album and what the concept should be etc. If the groups want to input opinions on what they want as well, they're free to do so and their opinions will be taken into account by the CEO and productions team. You don't just say "I'm leaving" and go MIA b/c the CEO doesn't agree with your opinion. Negotiation. It is your best friend. Take it or leave it. But honestly, it's gonna be kinda awkward for all of them now b/c of Tasty's childishness and Woollim also not dealing with matters too great- but honestly, when have they ever? Woollim's pretty much known for not being able to handle problems well.

I feel that TASTY will be 'chowing down' in PRChina soon. RATHER than PAYING their expensive S.K. COURT COSTS! ... ;-)
