I have been dieting myself lots of chicken salads with a little dressing. I walk up a hill to work which really good exercise plus i walk constantly at work. The goal is not to eat too much. I still go out have wings burgers and fries and such but I try to eat less of it and drink water. If you aren't full from your meal just fill yourself up with water.

Tomatoes, cucumbers, iceberg lettuce, pepper, carrots, etc. Usually, the higher water content, the better the vegetable's considered for dieting.

Sweet potatoes are amazing, especially with a little cayenne pepper and cinnamon sprinkled on top. Oooh, and drizzled with avocado oil.... They also taste great with curried broccoli + cauliflower.... and chickpea mash. Ok, lemme calm down. As you can tell, I love sweet potatoes.

"These are some good tips, folks, so jot 'em down!" Are they? Are they really?! Can you back up that claim with evidence, please? I wish people would stop blindly accepting all kinds of claims.
