Viewers are disturbed by the cleavage exposure of IOI's under aged members in their new "Dream Girls" MV.

Fans have taken online to claim that Pinky and Jeon So Mi's outfits unnecessarily expose too much skin. The exposure is especially more disturbing because of the two members' young ages.

In the MV, Pinky, who is currently 19 (Korean Age), is spotted wearing a pink ballet uniform, where V cut of her tank top fails to cover up her chest. It rather emphasizes her cleavage as she moves her body to stretch. In addition, Jeon So Mi, who is 16 (Korean Age) this year, climbs a wall in a tight tank top. The camera captures her from above, "out of all angles".

Viewers portrayed discomfort toward the unnecessary exposures, commenting, "Those scenes didn't play for long, but still.. they are so young", "Why did they capture So Mi at that angle? She's in middle school", "That's too much TT.. Please cover up our young members", and more. The criticism targets the MV makers, who reportedly failed to protect IOI's young members.

imo it is too revealing for them, somi hasn't even gone through puberty entirely. the main point of this article is that they're young and have not yet matured to be exposed in such a revealing way to kpop audiences. people are not criticising because they want them to cover themselves up as if it's winter, but the directors could have done a better job in taking note of their ages. pinky's outfit isn't my main concern, since somi's scene is always the one that catches my eye, but pinky's outfit could definitely be less revealing. i know this because i have been learning ballet for 14 years ; they could've chosen a leotard that shaped the body but covered her cleavage. the camera angle for somi just isn't right. if they had to shoot from that angle, somi could have worn a tight-fitting tank top which had more cloth at the front. the video of pinky could also have been shot from the front, and sideways for somi.

Guys, we can't blame the people that are criticizing the MV. I mean each country's culture is different. Koreans and Chinese people are very conservative, I personally think they clothes pinky and somi wore was completely okay (maybe just alil bit more covered) but the real problem is that those camera angles are completely unnecessary. Sadly, pinky got a lot of hates in china even though its not her fault and we shuld all just blame on those perverted directors

But still, it is half decent compare to hyunA, SISTAR, and other girls group mv... tbh i dont understand why IOI gets so much hate, while they dont really do super bad stuff, i personally dont like IOI but this is just a small matter... and i cant stand it

everyone gets as much as hate as these girls, and ioi don't get hate, people criticize more the mv makers, because they're still minors and showing off their cleavage isn't okay

ahhh yes i understand perfectly, I too enjoy wearing my scarf when rock climbing and who doesn't wear a full body suit when dancing ballet? Just preposterous, i cannot believe! At least find a decent turtleneck or blanket smh (no but WTactualF netizens?)

Well now I'm now convinced that koreans wear baggy body suits to the beach or pool.

It depends on the viewer perception whether they have a pervert mind or not

Everything in Kpop is sexualized. Get over it. That's what sells the whole thing.

This is really too much, they were wearing normal clothes for the sports they were performing, the camara never tries to emphasizes their cleavege. I understand the concern, because they are still young and minors but this wasn't meant to be sexual in any way.
