T-ara's Hyomin recently greeted her 27th birthday (28 in Korea), and she celebrated the special day surrounded by adoring fans!

From the pictures Hyomin shared on Instagram, it looks like she had a complete ball! The star holds up balloons shaped into the alphabets 'H' and 'M,' and smiles shyly out from a cardboard cutout in the shape of an Instagram post that has nearly 20 million likes! 

Hyomin thanked the fans for celebrating her birthday with her, writing, "Thank you for [wishing me a happy birthday]," right on her Instagram.
