Fans are quite shocked by AOA Mina's academic history.

On May 11, netizens pointed out that according to her Wikipedia description, Mina dropped out of Jaesong Girls' Middle School. The page lists various facts about Mina including her full name, birthday, debut date, label, group name, and more. Under Mina's education category, it states, "Jaesong Girls Middle School (Dropout)."

Netizens seemed to be unaware of Mina's academic history as they commented, "Hul, what?? I don't think it's because she was a trainee. If she practiced for that long then her skills would've been better", "What! There are still people out there who've only graduated elementary school? lol", "Who cares if she's an elementary or a college graduate.. She's doing fine with her career without education", etc.

Mina's short-term education has brought back the a previous incident involving AOA, in which netizens commented on Seolhyun and Jimin's supposed lack of historical knowledge. Some netizens referenced the issue, saying, "All AOA members lack intelligence."

Did you know this about AOA's Mina?

For everyone that's confused about the whole Mina going to school with Eunji thing, it's possible they went to middle school together for a few years before Mina dropped out.

She could've dropped out at any point. I know people from my school that were there from grade 9-11 and then dropped out grade 12

the main point of high school is to find a career in the long run. she's already got that, and a successful one.

Many of life's greatest and most valuable lessons aren't learned in school. Also, I wish subjects such as being able to pay bills, understanding easier laws and being able to cook were mandatorily taught in school.

I do agree with your comment, except that in my school we are taught how to cook and all those laws necessary for a citizen, also how billing works so we can understand the gist of what we are actually paying for. That is only in our school though.

I'm envious! What "cooking" we learned in our school's completely useless. I do not find baking as necessary to learn as cooking, though there are similarities 😐

Ovens are for storage. Baking is delicious, but useless, but delicious.
