When asked about her current relationship with YG composer Choi Pil Gang, she replied, "We're doing well. He told me he really liked my new song. Because he's a composer, he obviously listened to the melody and composition first. But then he heard the lyrics and asked me who wrote them. When I told him it was Jung Yeop oppa, he said it was good, he thought women would like it a lot." JeA revealed her current relationship with Choi Pil Gang back in 2013.
On revealing relationships to the public, JeA remarked, "Because I was the first member [of Brown Eyed Girls] to reveal a public relationship, back then, the fans' reactions were half congratulatory, half disappointment, but these days, its 80% congratulatory. They say because we're as old as we are now, they're relieved to hear we're in good relationships."
JeA, who knew about Narsha's new relationship before the news went public, also spoke up about Brown Eyed Girls' only single member, Miryo. "It's the combined desire of all of the members and all of our fans for Miryo to date. I really wish she was in a relationship, and it's just that I don't know about it. Guys around me have asked to be introduced so I did so once, but I don't think that turned out well. Miryo really wants to get married. Maybe not right away, but since she was in her 20s, she's been saying that she wants a son."
