 Are you planning to do something special and adventurous this summer? If so, this is perfect for you! Participate in Korea University's International Summer Campus (KU ISC) where you can explore and live in a great place, Seoul! Hang out with people from totally different backgrounds than yours. Within your four or six weeks stay in Korea, a large part of your personal growth and development from this experience abroad will be from the diverse people you interact with.

For a decade, the KU ISC has been a popular destination for students who wish to study abroad during their summer. Over 1,600 students from 40 countries have participated in this program last year and enjoyed the best academic and cultural experiences in Korea. Most importantly, there are various scholarship opportunities (Academic Excellence, Alumni Scholarship, and Partner Schools Scholarship � U21/APRU) which make students feel less financial burden. A range of the scholarship amounts varies from 200,000 KRW to 1,500,000 KRW. Each year, almost 35% of the students receive one of these scholarships and you can be one of the lucky ones this year!

Adding on to the academic benefits, students may participate in weekly field trips and cultural programs on every Friday. The 2016 KU ISC field trips include an amusement park tour, K-pop experience, nanta performance, temple stay, and Seoul tour. In addition, students can join three-week cultural programs where they can learn taekwondo, Korean food making, and traditional musical instruments. Keep in mind, all these great opportunities are free while participating at the KU ISC!
