A well-known comedian's husband is making headlines for being booked without detention by the authorities under the suspicion of assaulting an acquaintance's wife.�
On October 6, Seoul Western District Prosecutor's Office indicted 'B', a famous comedian's husband, for reportedly sexually assaulting a woman identified as 'A' this past August 30.�
Allegedly, 'B' had even taken off 'A's clothes after she fell asleep, fondling her private parts by going beneath her underwear. 'A', shocked to find herself being assaulted, tried to jump out of the moving vehicle which was going at 100km (~62 mph) (assumably operated by a designated driver).

According to prosecution, 'B' allegedly told 'A' that he will take her home after they had drinks with a couple of acquaintances back in August. 'B' then proceeded to take 'A' to the backseat of his car and put his hand under her skirt, touching certain areas of her body.�
Allegedly, 'B' had even taken off 'A's clothes after she fell asleep, fondling her private parts by going beneath her underwear. 'A', shocked to find herself being assaulted, tried to jump out of the moving vehicle which was going at 100km (~62 mph) (assumably operated by a designated driver).
A passerby who happened to witness 'A' run away from the vehicle, said, "Somebody suddenly ran out of the car. She was sprinting, like she was trying to hastily get away from something."�
Meanwhile, the comedian's husband, when investigated by prosecution, reportedly stated that he didn't remember anything from that night as he was drunk.�
