Actor Ki Hong Lee visits Korea for the movie premiere 'Maze Runner 2'
On September 2, actor Ki Hong Lee alongside Thomas Brodie-Sangster attended the red carpet event at the Seoul Gangnam Megabox Coex for their new movie premiere 'Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials.'
Before walking down the red carpet, Ki Hong Lee stated, "My fans have been waiting here for me. I will meet with as many of them as possible."
On the red carpet, Ki Hong Lee and Thomas Brodie-Sangster offered fan-service, signing autographs and taking pictures with hundreds of fans. Ki Hong Lee, on his way out, even turned around multiple times, catering to as much fan-service as he could. It was truly a noble sight.
After the event, Ki Hong Lee seemed emotional yet happy to be back in his homeland. He said, "Returning to Korea, I feel like I am back home. I am thankful that all these people showed up and I am very grateful to have the support of all these fans." Thomas Brodie-Sangster also stated, "I honestly didn't expect so many people to show up. It was great to see that I had all these fans in Korea."
The movie, 'Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials' starring Ki Hong Lee and Thomas Brodie-Sangster opens in theaters on Friday, September 18.
