At her recent solo concert, 'Fall In Memory,' held at Ehwa University, veteran singer Gummy shared her moment of weakness just in the last year and even said that she thought about quitting.�

Prior to her last number of the night, Gummy said, "In the past after I debuted, there would be times when it would be difficult to perform because of my vocal cord nodules. There were many episodes, but not once did I think that I wanted to quit being a singer. However, since last year, I had thoughts like, 'Am I going in the right direction?' and 'If there is anything else that I'm good at, should I try a different path?'

But today, after being on stage and meeting everyone tonight, I realized that it was a foolish thought. I am regretful that I had such thought even for a little while."�

Though Gummy initially told her fans that she wouldn't cry, the singer started to tear as she talked about such an emotional moment in her life. She continued, "After releasing this album, and busking on the streets, I realized how grateful I should be for every one person who comes out to watch my performances. I get energy from people who tell me that they get energized listening to my songs."

Meanwhile, Gummy also disclose her first impression of her current boyfriend, actor Jo Jung Suk, and revealed that though she wasn't interested in him at first, but as time passed the two simultaneously started to gain interest in one another.�
