On the May 5 airing of MTV's 'Coming Out! F.T. Island,' Jaejin denied the rumors that he tried to make moves on the Red Velvet members, saying that he's never even greeted the girl group.

During their�appearance last week on 'Weekly Idol,'�the boys, especially Jaejin, received attention and some criticism for revealing that they are currently interested in the members of Red Velvet.

Ever since the airing, fans of Red Velvet have raided Jaejin's Instagram, commenting on each of his pictures with remarks regarding the girl group.

While talking about the rumors surrounding the group, Jaejin explained that he's never gotten close to the rookie girl group. He clarified, "I've never gotten close to Red Velvet, and I've never even said hello to them."�

Jonghun then chimed in and said, "The most important thing is that Red Velvet doesn't have phones yet." When his fellow F.T. Island members asked how he would know this, Jonghun explained, "I asked my friends at�SM Entertainment."�

Then the members jokingly asked again, "So... why would you ask such a question?"�

Meanwhile, 'Coming Out! F.T. Island' aired its final episode this week after the members revealed their deepest inner thoughts and displayed their daily lives to the public.�
