Whoa, kudos to this female high school student, who is affectionately being called the "red backpack female high school student" (believe me, this is much shorter and cuter in Korean) for the bright red backpack that can be seen standing out from her dark high school uniform in a trending video.

Busan Police recently updated their Facebook with a video taken of this female student helping out a bus driver in the middle of the road.  The police wrote, "A man who was drinking and driving at the crossroad of life and death.  A scuffle broke out as the driver steering a bus behind him tried to stop him.  The moment it became too dangerous for the bus driver!  A female high school student with a red backpack runs into the street to both protect the bus driver and scream the license plate of the car [driven by the drunk driver] to request that the people around them report it.  [The car] ran for about 600 meters and the results of the breathalyzer done on the man, who was immediately arrested by the police, was at license revocation level, 0.104%.  This would not have happened if he had not drunk and drive.  Nor would the driver have gotten hurt.  Nor would the girl have gathered her courage."

This has become a hot topic, even ranking at the top of the hot stories on news sites as netizens are in awe of the high school student and applaud her actions.  The video shows a bus driver standing by the car driven by an intoxicated man and the girl with the red backpack trying to help out.  

The girl has now been revealed to be Kim Young Hee, a sophomore at the Sungsim Medical Service High School in Busan!  She was returning home after her part-time job when she stumbled upon this scene and rushed in to help out.  

The video has since gotten over 18,000 likes with comments praising the girl and criticizing the driver for drinking and driving.  Check out the video!
