Another back and forth between two opposing sides in a controversial matter is getting netizens' heads spinning in confusion.  In the case of the alleged pregnancy with Kim Hyun Joong and ex-girlfriend Ms. Choi, the former's parents recently had an interview in which they expressed their confusion regarding the latter's refusal to visit a hospital to confirm the baby's health and father.  In response, the latter's attorney stepped up on February 27 to say that some of the parents' statements weren't entirely true.  

The attorney, Sun Jong Moon, told Star News, "I heard about the interview with Kim Hyun Joong's parents, but this is different from the truth.  A portion is not even worth a response."

He continued, "Ms. Choi relayed her stance on the pregnancy to Kim Hyun Joong multiple times already.  She sent a sufficient amount of documents, as well.  We no longer have anything to say on this; we merely find the opposing party's claims to be a shame.  There are also parts that Ms. Choi cannot unveil because of her right to privacy. Both sides need to meet and figure things out through conversation.  This is the time when an honest conversation is necessary."

He said similarly to Newsen, "We've confirmed the interview with a specific media outlet that Kim Hyun Joong's parents had done.  There are a few parts that are different from the truth, but we have nothing to say.  We hope that the two parties would discuss it well for a quick resolution.  This is something the two parties need to figure out.  We hope that there will no longer be reports in relation to this situation."
