2NE1's CL has found herself on another American music site as fans anticipate her upcoming solo debut in the states!
Previously, she appeared on multiple articles by MTV. This time, she was named in VH1's '15 Female Rappers to Watch in 2015,' putting her in with other up-and-coming rappers like Angel Haze, Lizzo, and Tink, as well as Fuse TV's '10 Breakout Artists for 2015.'
VH1 wrote with admiration, "CL is the leader of K-pop girl group2NE1, and might not be immediately recognizable as a rap star. But her breakout is a majorplay at the Western rap market. Having enlisted hot-shot managerScooter Braun(who's responsible for the likes ofJustin Bieber,Carly Rae JepsenandPsy), CL is ready to bring a truly unique perspective to rap, and we hope it's every bit as crazy and electrifying as what we've come to expect from her so far."

On Fuse TV's '10 Breakout Artists for 2015,' CL was listed along with the post, "As leader of K-pop group2NE1,CL is already an established star earning praises from Diplo, M.I.A, Snoop Dogg and more. But this spring, she'll look to expand her solo star power through a full-fledged U.S. solo career with the help ofJustin Bieber/Ariana Grande manager Scooter Braun. How will the music sound? Based off the strength of 'MTBD,' a solo track which she co-wrote andRolling Stone called the 'centerpiece' of 2NE1's Crush album, chances are it'll be bangin'."
