If you enjoyed 'roommates' Lee Kuk Ju and Jo Se Ho's performance at the '2014 MAMA', you might get another laugh when you find out that they initially planned to kiss during their special stage!

As mentioned before, the producers of the awards show had revealed that like the previous years, there will also be a shocking kiss performance at this year's ceremony. However, the event ended without any kiss and viewers have been asking what happened to this performance they were told to expect.

It turns out the kiss was supposed to take place during Lee Kuk Ju and Jo Se Ho's hilarious performance. However, like the comedians they are, the two took a different, impromptu approach during the show and brought about a ton of laughs rather than a kiss.

An Mnet rep shared the behind-the-scenes story to TV Daily on the 4th, revealing, "Lee Kuk Ju and Jo Se Ho were initially planned to do a kiss performance... But during the live broadcast, Jo Se Ho rejected Lee Kuk Ju's kiss with a sudden adlib, so the kiss performance did not happen... However, it gave viewers a big laugh so please look at it as just part of the whole performance."

After Jo Se Ho sang his parody of Taeyang's "Eyes, Nose, Lips", and the romantic 'You Who Came From The Stars' OST started to play, Lee Kuk Ju and Jo Se Ho shared an intimate(?) moment before pushing each other away. Then Lee Kuk Ju grabbed Jo Se Ho's neck and it seems it was here that Jo Se Ho was supposed to lift and lean her down as he performed a kiss. 

What happened instead was Jo Se Ho resisted Lee Kuk Ju's attempts as he jokingly said, "This is too much. This is too much. Only look at me. I can't lift you. I can't do it. Even though it's the 'MAMA', I can't do it," while Lee Kuk Ju protested, "But you have to!" bringing an even bigger round of laughter.
